Reminder

In one week, July 9th, it will be the one-year anniversary of my blog. I will write a blogography describing my meteoric rise to fame, and linking to it will be mandatory for all blogs. Anyone who does not link to me on my blogiversary will be known as an enemy to IMAO and thus will be destroyed.
So, start thinking of presents and offerings. That is all.

  1. That’s my anniversary of my move to Richmond.
It was a REALLY crummy move, including rain and being late and having to pay three burly moving guys $150 for an hour of sitting around in the truck doing nothing because the effing management company left five minutes early the night before.
Sure hope your blog anniversary goes better. The only thing that could have made my day worse, I guess, was monkeys.

  2. Frank, congrats, and you are massive, dude ! ( Sorry, 80’s highschool lingo there..) I have never seen such a newborn English word, blog, transformed into so many of those other things I’ve forgotten, like adjectives, pronouns, adverbs, adjectives enhancing adverbs, plus a bunch of other stuff I don’t remember the meaning of.
Well done you blogmeister, blogenheimer, blogginator, bloggin’ mack daddy..( sorry, that last one,..I ain’t too hip no mo’ so I didn’t know the official spelling of those words. But the first 3, those are like Britannica or Funk & Wagnels accurate spellings I’m sure..)

  3. Bloodthirsty Warmonger, were you being nice to me by saying Frank is the ‘Blogmeister’, or was that word in everyone’s vocabulary already when I mentioned it?! And, thanks directly to Frank, and indirectly to Tim E. for his comments, I have now, in my lifetime, seen all these words assembled into one thought :”I want a ninja penguin bodyguard named shamu to protect me from random monkey attacks.”( Oh God I wish I could do Flash animation !!)
Now, when God created that humor thing, THIS is the stuff he was thinkin’ about !

  4. Frank,
Maybe you should take advantage of this opportunity and ask for that army/militia that you want. If that doesn’t work, there is always conscription.
    Peace (through strength, of course)

  5. My reply to Paul: I thought I saw the term “blogmeister” on another Web site – either that, or the German in me that’s trapped inside a Japanese body feels comfortable with adding “-meister” at the end of certain words. (I was stationed in Germany for 5 years while in the Army.)
