  1. I’ve gotten AWADs for years, and knowing how they categorize things, I can predict at least one entry for later this week:
rush: (according to dictionary dot com) 9. to attack suddenly and violently, 15. a hostile attack
    Any bets?

  2. Spacemonkey, “Neo, huh?”
    OK, I was too cryptic.
Unless I’m not getting the joke, I thought the “Word of the Day” bit was just a bunch of low budget name calling, cutesied up a bit. It wasn’t even trying to be on the mark. They might as well have called Michelle a bitch and have been done with it. Unless they think the catty remark fits because of Michelle’s oriental eyes.
The “Word of the Day” was just a nasty hairball coughed up by someone attempting a catty remark, thus my hairball reference.

  4. //5. A hare.//
No, no, I can see this one, ’cause anyone whose ever read Watership Down know that hares are wily creatures that always use their wits. Moonbunny agrees and says siflay hraka! to anyone who says different.

  5. I know, I know I’m late. (as my mom used to say “a day late and a dollar short”) but I have a
    WORD OF THE DAY
    Hillary
    1) something hysterically funny
    2) something scary beyond all reason
    3) a diabolically evil plan bordering on abysmally stupid
    4) a Rodentia vulgarus (common rat)
