We seem to be talking about illegal immigration again. After President Obama’s super-popular health care bill, it’s time for some super-popular amnesty legislation.
Now, quite some time ago I came up with the compromise solution of obliterating Mexico. This is basically amnesty as we wouldn’t have anywhere to deport most illegal immigrants. At the same time, we won’t have to worry about anymore illegal immigration from the south. Seemed a pretty fair trade off to me.
Still, I have another idea. No amnesty, no path to citizen for those who broke the law, but we give California to Mexico. That’s right, Mexico, it’s yours completely now; have at it. Some won’t like the idea of giving territory to those who are wronging us, but frankly I think we come out better on that deal. Now straddled with California and all its problems and debt, I think Mexico is going to wish it respected our border.
Michelle Malkin has a headline about an Arizona rancher murdered over the weekend. Obama will want to have a beer with the illegal killers and sort things out.
Mexico can have California, and it’s represntatives. Nancy Pelosi will no longer be a problem. To us.
Nice idea. Let them make Pelosi the Speaker of the House in Mexico.
Oh man, Frank, I’m guessing that you didn’t get any takers on the proposed sale of California. So, this is Plan B: give it away.
There is one small flaw with your otherwise stellar plan. Once California goes broke, illegal immigration will likely return with a vengeance as illegal aliens seek a new source of publicly funded services. I do like the idea of two stones with one bird, but I can’t see how we won’t pay in the end.

There is only one way to solve the immigration problem. This is my plan. We need to have all conservatives move to on side of the US and the liberals to the other side. We will set up our own nations. Give it twenty years and see who is thriving. The liberal portion will be so saddled with debt they will beg us for loans and we will laugh at them and then invade and take them all prisoner. Oh and our border will be littered with the bodies of dead illegals that we will gather up and drop on the liberal country.
But where will the Marines go to blow stuff up on the west coast?

The reason to select anything EXCEPT bringing Mexico on board the old USS America is that the amnesty approach results in massive dilution of the value of your vote.
But what better strategy for a party that has just passed legislation that proves to be as unpopular and/or divisive as any we’ve seen since the early 1800’s, to solidify their elected positions. The government has decided that they don’t like the voters they’ve got, so they’ll buy themselves some new ones. If they can get it done before the November 2010 elections, they might even be able to survive a massive backlash vote against them.
You have to say this about American socialists they are in it for the long game and don’t mind losing a battle to win the war. We of course are stupid and are all happy about winning a battle finally in nov.
Health Care and Amnesty are two major things that will cost them in November. However, 2-4 years later once Republicans have worn out their temporary backlash wave Liberals will ride in a wave of 50 year dominance into a more permanently left of center political nation. They are envisioning the hegemonic democratic dominance from the New Deal through Newt Gingrich. Sure they lost the White House sometimes. Massachusetts elects a Republican Governor but every other level of government is almost entirely liberal.
Here is how the Socialist mind works within Democracies : We are 10% of the nation but we need 51% to win. So what can we do to make 41% of people who almost completely disagree on the majority of our agenda but we can hook them to us through one a single issue.
-Make their job dependent on the party through Unions
-Constantly stoking racial tensions at all levels
-Indoctrination into pure socialism or at least cultural liberalism from academia and entertainment -Welfare dependence
Each of these hooks a few people to their wagon.
-Many cultural liberals are fiscal conservatives.
-Many Union members are military conservatives
-Many minorities are social conservatives.
Yet they all largely vote for a party that is radically opposite to fiscal, military, and social conservative-ism. Since Gingrich days these above people hooked have been failing to deliver enough votes for radical Lib/Soc to win enough elections. So now they are going to kamikaze themselves to add two new groups.
-Mllions people who are dependent on them for their citizenship and American Jobs
-Millions now locked into Govt controlled health-care which makes everyone but the super rich dependent on government rationing even though government is using their own money to do so.
So the left can run every election on taking more money from other people not you and spending more on your health care and shazamm you have European politics since WWII. Europeans were like they are now but so long as dependents of the welfare state has turned them into the sickly husk of their once strong and proud ancestors that they are now.

A silver lining in a hurricane but, Amnesty and 20 million Catholic Hispanic voters will set popular support for gay marriage and abortion will get set back decades. Without the de-facto amnesty in California Hispanics who voted for Obama but who voted against gay marriage would have succeeded. But hey gays and feminists just didn’t deliver enough votes so they need to take one for the team.
The greatest American failure in my lifetime is the Rep/Con complete inability to exploit any of these Grand Canyon size chasms between the lefts alliance. But like Live-Free mentions the Rep/Con small group of traitors who give bi-partisan cover for the far left is sickening.
I liked liberals better when they were the counter-culture. Now that they are manipulating dependence and democracy to consolidate and cement their hold on power for a century I find a lot less of their bullshit in Media etc.. a lot less funny.
A better compromise would be to Obliterate Mexico AND California.

Illegal aliens are destroying this Country, and one would have to be almost blind not to see this. How much longer do we have to support these illegal aliens? How much longer do we have to school their illegal alien children? How much longer are we going to let them have our jobs? How much longer are we going to put up with all the crime, stolen identities, forged documents, fake green cards? How much longer are we going to allow these illegal aliens to send money out of this Country and bring our Country down? Oh, amnesty will correct all this. WRONG! Nothing will change except we wouldn’t be able to call them illegal aliens any more. Let’s get rid of these illegal aliens! I like the idea of giving California to Mexico. Especially since, after we give it to them they’ll be like, “So what, we already owned it”.

Not only that, but let’s snap off that part of the US map too, and wedge it between the Mexico mainland and the Yucatan peninsula. If it’s too wide, we’ll MAKE it fit.

Can we give Illinois and Hawaii to Mexico too? That way Obama is OFFICIALLY a non-citizen and all his policies can be declared Null and Void.
Actually the problem with illegal immigration was taken care of by the legislation that was signed last week! (Bear with me) The (so called) health care reform bill is going to destroy our economy and force unemployment even higher. No one will be trying to get into the US for jobs. People will be trying to leave. Mexico will buld a wall that will put that little edifice in China to Shame. Ergo no immigration problem (for US).
You’re thinking about this all wrong. What we do is open the borders, give them a whole “free health-care/education/unicorn for illegals” spiel, and while all the law-breaking-free-loading illegals flood into the US (and most likely California), we take over Mexico, turn it into a Conservative state, and put up a wall to keep Obama Voters OUT. We can give the hard-working-law-abiding-salt-of-the-earth Mexicans amnesty into our new country, as long as they promise to pull their own weight. Have to know when to cut your losses with the US.
