If Obama can suspend the employer mandate, why couldn’t a Republican president suspend the capital gains tax?
Or the corporate income tax? Or the whole damn code?
Democrats never think through the long-term implications of their lawlessness, because they assume that through it, they will gain eternal power. We can’t let them.

Problem with this idea is that no Republican has the stones to do it.
Obama has the same attitude toward law as the late Nikita Khrushchev. Khrushchev wanted to do something once, and one of his apparatchiks told him it was against the law. Khrushchev snapped, “Who’s in charge — us, or the law?”
It’s hard for totalitarians to get the notion through their heads that there are limits placed on them. Thus Obama could collectivize the American medical industry, just as Stalin collectivized agriculture in the U.S.S.R. (And what a great success for the Russian diet that was!)

5 – Short version: Obama’s a jerk, Biden’s an idiot child, the media are toadies, and any time an idea flies in the face of common sense or reason, liberals love it and want to take your hard-earned money to pay for it – consequences be damned.

@2 That’s the reason. When there is a Republican President the Left in all it’s forms and manifestations would rise up and cause continual protest and teeth gnashings until the attempt to do what they permitted any Democrat President to do was stopped. They have figured out how to rule as a minority party and absent the actual authority to rule. Republicans, not so much.
@6 not only will they rise up with teeth gnashing they will also assert that whatever is being done is “unprecedented” and any attempt to show that it was standard practice during the Obama era will be labeled as racist. When you use the phrase “the Left in all it’s forms and manifestations” I naturally figure you are including the ‘media’ as well.
An aside, I think the reason Obama is calling all the scandals phoney is he considers it standard operating procedure.
