During a recent speech, Secretary of State John Kerry said that “terror will ultimately be rejected because it is at odds with Islam”.
Or, failing that, we could always try killing more terrorists.

the fact that most islamic leaders (not to mention followers) are reluctant to so much as pay lip service to rejecting terrorism let alone actively do anything to stop it would suggest that it is Kerry’s perception thatvis at odds with reality.
