Transportation Secretary Anthony Foxx told a crowd in North Carolina that the American Dream was in jeopardy because “only 49% of low-income neighborhoods have sidewalks”.
Easy way to grab the American Dream: start a company that sells “Keep Off The Grass” signs in low-income neighborhoods.
Concrete solutions:
1. Install sidewalks.
2. ??????
3. Upward mobility for all!
The American Dream is in jeopardy because only 60% of Americans WORK.
PS: They’re called NO-income neighborhoods, all that welfare money could buy a million miles of sidewalks.
Not only that, but a lot of high- and middle-income neighborhoods don’t have sidewalks, either. Housing developments, rural areas and even many suburban areas don’t have sidewalks because people drive everywhere.
We keep electing democrats, they will keep taxing until there will only be low income neighborhoods, and Party neighborhoods.

There are no sidewalks on my street in a middle-income neighborhood, and everybody whom I know on my street likes it like that.
I might be missing something here, being a stupid conservative cave dwelling minority hater, but are there privately owned sidewalks in America? Now who is responsible for them? Help me out here people, throw me a bone. I honestly don’t know who is responsible for building sidewalks next to public thoroughfares. Is it Big Banks, Big Pharma or Big Tobacco?
