I’m not sure what amuses me more about this undoctored photo:
1. That the Germans actually think the U.N. has a chance of catching anybody doing anything of importance?
2. That the U.N. might actually have a missle defense plan that consists of chasing ICBMs down with butterly nets.

I can’t tell if the float is stupid, or incisive political commentary.

That looks just like the UN, though . . . showing up late to do the job with the wrong equipment.
I think that it’s damned good unintentional Satire, that Super Dave and Lady Liberty have been datng for months(read The Enquirer)… and that this is totally gay.
I think it’s a representation of the UN using the net to launch the nuke at Israel. I mean, it’s what the vermin at Turtle Bay fantasize about daily.
I like how the net is clearly too small to actually catch the rocket… pretty indicative of the real UN’s inability to hurt Iran
Seems to me,the net is collecting fecal matter,Germany knowing they and Europe are soon to be in some deep chit.
If you look closely, you can see that, beneath the distracting net, the hand is actually scratching Ahmadinejad’s back.
Yes hand, but no its not his back! Thats about all the germans/french can muster up is polical floats, god forgive if they grew some nads and decided to help us eradicate the fanatic muslims, but they won’t…it would upset all the peace luvin muslims..(here I start to vomit) within their borders.
Probably the latter–butterfly nets and wet noodles for the lashing bad boys get when they are caught.
