CBO estimates imply that the #ACA will cut the deficit by over $3 trillion in the next two decades.

….sure! if the our medical care system collapses and there’re no more medical care to pay for that’ll save TRILLIONS!
You can literally tell the CBO to run the numbers and “add $5 trillion in increased tax revenue from a robust economy” and they’d dutifully run the numbers based on the submitted factors.
The CBO isn’t partisan or corrupt. They have to assume all the factors the Congress or President tells them to assume before they run their numbers.
Of course the deficit in 20 years is going be around 10 Trillion a year so…
