When I saw the first photo, it looked sort of odd to me, but what really made me wonder is this; since when are captives allowed to keep their grenades?

I especially liked the one idiot in that DU thread ranting about how the US had dropped “white phosphorus and napalm and 500 ton bombs” on Iraqis. Let’s see here – white phosphorus is primarily used for things like making tracer bullets trace(it hasn’t been used to kill since WW2 firebombings), napalm hasn’t been used by the US since Vietnam(though to be technical, they do have similar weaponry that gets used occasionally), and the US doesn’t own a 500-ton plane, let alone a 500-ton bomb. So yeah, DUers are dumb.
No, didn’t you read the thread? They are the smartest! After falling for it in how many posts (?) someone finally said it may look fake (then told wrong). Then after it was known to be a doll one poster wasn’t sure if the gun was a toy or not (not sure what a real gun that size would be used for nor how one would go about making one. Anyone want to bet that with his great knowledge of firearms he knows they are unsafe to own?). Not only that but it only took them a few minutes to figure out that this was all a plot by the right wing fanatics that control the news (see the guy calling it the “lib’rul news”).
More proof of the vast right wing conspiracy and control of the media! Only that could have been used to fool those brilliant people over at the DU that a doll was, in fact, a real soldier! (otherwise how could thier brilliance and powers of deduction have been fooled for so long).
Good thing we both have excuses for our shortcomings – I’m a dyslexic and can’t spell worth a flip and they are “really smart people”.

I also have one Lego aircaft pilot who swears he has enough blocks to make a mock-up of a C-141 with spinning props and he’ll drive.
