Someday there will be a Jeopardy question that says “Gucci wearing lobbyist who dropped out of the presidential race early in 2008 after running a very unimpressive campaign.” The answer will of course be Fred Thompson.

Whats wrong with Gucci? A man can’t be comfortable and stylish? A man can’t enjoy the comforts of his wealth?

I don’t fear Fred Thompson. On the contrary. But I do fear the idiots who ARE afraid of him are now seem to be in the majority. Someone please say it isn’t so.
