Holy crap. Obviously, someone who probably has never read the Constitution would have no ideas of the qualities needed to interpret it. My ultimate pick for the Supreme Court would be a robot programmed with nothing but the Constitution. It would have no empathy, and it would destroy with extreme prejudice (using either it’s laser eyes or steel robot claws) anything that is not mentioned in the Constitution.
Boy would that think rampage on DC. Ooh, I should give it gatling guns for arms!

Empathy is just a psycho-babble word. The only ‘Empaths’ are in science fiction novels/comics/movies. If we are going the science fiction route, we would be better off having a ‘Pre-Cog’ selected to the court.For he/she would know ahead of time the outcome of events,and motives of the plaintiffs,and the other Judges. Surely this would better serve justice.
