Liberals to the Rescue!

Something to watch out for on TV tonight:

I’m almost afraid to make fun lest someone point out this is obviously a joke and I’m just not getting it. Do liberals even take Olbermann seriously anymore? When the president appears on TV, support for his health care “reform” continues to go down, so how is Olbermann talking to his fringe left audience anything other than masturbatory?

And I love the title: “Health Care Reform: The Fight Against Death”. Trying to create a giant bureaucracy is now a “fight against death.” I guess that’s kind of like how sorting out your bottles and cans from the trash is “saving the world.” Since liberals aren’t for anything actually useful, they try to delude themselves that the useless things they do are super important. That’s what makes hippies so intolerable; they actually think they’re accomplishing something by smoking pot and complaining about stuff.

Note to Liberals: There are actual big problems that could use solving, like Iran getting nukes and keeping the Taliban from taking over in Afghanistan. If that’s too big for you, you can help the needy with your own time and money. I know things that don’t result in a bigger government pushing people around don’t tend to interest you, but give it your consideration, please.

  1. Firsy of all….hahahahaha!!!!!!!
Is Oburman Mandow in drag, or vica versa?

And for those of us with children or grandchildren…

“Keithy, Rachel, and Eddie too, we’re Wonderlibs and we;ll help yoo. What’s gonna work. ream work!”.

  2. “There are more things in heaven and earth, Horatio, than are dreamt of in your philosophy”
Every extreme nutbar, right and left, in this country ( we all know who they are ) should be institutionalized. Let’s start with the media types. We may begin to have an intelligent dialogue.

  3. So, now if you’re opposed to a government take-over of healthcare, the newest labels to attempt to discredit you are that you’re either a “corporation” or a “political foot-dragger”? And, just who is the “we” that Olberman’s trying to help take back control of the debate? Good thing nobody actually watches that show, it sure spreads a lot of lies.

  4. Actually, this isn’t a joke at all. How foolish of me. Olby is helping us fight against death, and Olby’s face is the ancient Incan personification of death.

If Obama’s health care plan saves us from having to look at Olby’s face, then I’m all in.

  5. See, you obviously just aren’t into this blog anymore, this is an opportunity.

You, your Harvey, Basil, Cadet Happy and maybe even your spacemonkey personae could write a parody of what you think he’ll say and see which one is closest.

I figure he’ll unveil his Obama Icon that he prays to 5 times a day and spend the rest of the hour praying and masturbating at it.

  6. If that’s too big for you, you can help the needy with your own time and money.

This is antithesis to the liberal thought process. They want to give other people’s money and time away, not their own. Since they are so super-smart and special, they should be excused from sharing their own treasure and labor.

  7. Who would want to watch an hour of a failed sportscaster looking stern and whining about how no one wants to pay for his healthcare? A sure ratings bomb there. The only thing that might save it would be if half way through we could hear the voice of Dick Cheney or Fred Thompson or Frank off camera say :”that is enough” and a hand come in from the right, grab Oburman’s neck, and squeeze until the head popped off. Rating gold there.

But no, all any viewer (not me) will get is “Booosh bad, Teh One good. Palin wants to eat your children. We should love Nancy Pelosu. Humans bad. Monkey’s good.”

  8. I love it when the left frames an issue. They are fighting for health care, which apparently has never been available in this country?

Personally, I find death to be preferable to having to listen this moron blather for an hour.

  9. You guys wont think this is so funny are already ignoring reality when your insurance companies beloved leader is dropping your short sighted asses off of a financial cliff.

    Fixed it for you.

But, hey, the $890,000,000,000 bill is still deficit-neutral, right? And I’m sure there won’t be anything added to it in committee, right?

Oh, well. It’s a-OK. Our grandchildren can pay for it for us.

  10. Spare me. You guys get big blue-veined additions to your pants when that kind of money is being spent on creating new and special ways of blowing up the uncooperative. Why bitch about the spending now?

I understand where you are coming from, really I do. Providing healthcare without un-necessary middlemen making billions is completely Unamerican. Getting all your medical bills rejected by Aetna? That, my friends, is FREEDOM. And anything else is bloodsoaked communist tyranny.

  11. Cheney: George do you wish to return to my good graces
Bush: of course my Lord but what have I done to displease you?
Cheney: Don’t worry about that. Take two men with you to MSNBC and garrote Olberman.
    Bush:yes my Lord
Cheney: then bring me the body, I wish to see that it was done properly
Cheney: and George- The two men that carried Lauer out of here- kill them too. They were quite sloppy in handling the body

  12. Blowing up shit and killin’ ferners is a legitimate, Constitutionally mandated responsibility of the Federal government – micromanaging the lives of free citizens, not so much.
Our entire military budget is only a fraction of what we now pay for all welfare programs.
How’s that War on Poverty working out for you?
Medicare and Medicaid already reject more requests for payment, and pay lower percentages of payments to doctors than private insurance companies.
Imagine how effective they’ll be when the competition is eliminated?
If you really want to eliminate unnecessary middle-men, pay cash for medical treatment and keep it strictly between you and your doctor.
A private insurance company at least has to provide customer service to stay in business – government bureaucrats, not so much.
