Don’t laugh. That’s exactly what he’ll do. Or one of his successors. Only they won’t call ’em quarts, ‘cos that’s too obvious. Go look up how much a quart is in liters. Spooky, eh? They pulled that trick over here in the Old Country when our prices hit £5 a gallon. It’s modernization, apparently.
