Understandable… Holder’s hard to replace. It’s tough to find candidates that can match his “in contempt of Congress” qualification.

He is delaying every decision until after the election. Since everything he decides is likely to make voters angry, it’s a good policy.
Could be a very good reason for the delay. Perhaps his first choice won’t be released from prison ’til December.
Lois Lerner has ‘contempt of Congress’ on her resume’ and numerous others of the regime have lied to Congress so it shouldn’t be too difficult. The difficulty would be in finding someone in that rats’ nest who was decent, honest and qualified.
