Bush looked up from his desk to Cheney. “Hey, Dick, is this whole selling the ports to the UAE just some plot to get the public to accept the ports actually being bought by Halliburton?”
“Whittington asked lots of questions,” Cheney answered, cleaning his shotgun.
“Uh… I’m going to go back to working on the word jumble in today’s paper.”
“You do that.”
Short, but to the point.
Trying for a haiku? Dog ate your homework?
We demand longer “In My World” postings – we pay good money for these things, you know!
I disagree. Short can be good. And this one was good.
FrankJ’s last name isn’t Whittle….
Was disappointed at first that it wasn’t longer, but so much humor in such a short piece!

Excellent funny! Now when is Cheney going to take “Herself” out hunting?
This is all a plot by Cheney to get Halliburton more money. If they had been the first bidder the moonbats would have gone (further) off the deep end. “Hallibushco is stealing our freedom and making Cheney more richer.” (Grammar isn’t their strong suit.)
Now Halliburton can come in and buy the ports and all the moonbats will say “yaaay, Haliburton saved us from the evil whatever they ares.”
And what the dumbassed democrats don’t realize is that Haliburtons controlling stock is owned by a little ole lady in Texas
I miss Bill.
Thanks for reminding me.
Jerk.
Still funny.
