People have been playing “liberal constitution” for decades. I have never read it, but I several times I have heard liberals refer to it as “The little red book” whatever that means.

The Supreme Court has been ignoring the Constitution since the 1930s, when it decided that the commerce clause empowered the federal government to regulate anything that might have an effect on interstate commerce, and that, somehow, things like Social Security were constitutional.
