  1. Also under indictment:

    Air, for coming too close to the roadway on bridges.

    Concrete, for coming too close to the roadway in tunnels.

    Guardrails, for coming too close to the roadway on cliffs.

    And solid white lines, for coming right up to the edge of the travel lane, giving drunk drivers no margin for error at all!

    The broken yellow lines are even worse!

    This is total crap, everyone knows it’s the road planner’s fault for putting the asphalt down upon which you drive drunk…. when you’re not on the median, or the shoulder, or hitting a telephone pole.

  3. The passenger, whose arm was disfigured in the crash, sued the driver, along with Skagit County and Puget Sound Energy for installing the pole too close to the road.

    But anyway….had the pole been where it was supposed to be….it would have taken like…1/10 of a second longer to hit it…the arm could have been saved!
