Though in Virginia, at least, all these newly-enfranchised voting felons are going to be immediately called up for jury duty, since new voter registrations are the prime source of jury candidates. So look for rapists on rape juries and murderers on murder juries. Maybe they’d be better used as expert witnesses.
And yes, it’s a democrat governor who signed the order. Of course.
I’m all for not letting Democrats own guns, might hurt themselves the precious snowflakes.
In Washington a felon can re-register to vote as soon as they get out of jail/prison. They have to wait at least 5 years to apply to have their gun rights restored.
