All the Democrat Presidential candidates came out against the commutation of Scooter Libby’s sentence — as required. If Hillary Clinton really wants to make a point about how outraged she is by the injustice, though, she can demand that her husband be prosecuted and jailed for his perjury.

Democrats always get a pass because their hearts are in the right place and they are just doing what’s best for you, like it or not.
Republicans are evil by nature and deserve to be punished.
Maybe Hillary would have been happy had Bush granted a full pardon. She’s familiar and ok with that concept.

I think Hadsil was making (or trying to make) a joke. It wasn’t especially funny, but I don’t think he/she was making a serious comparison between the two.
The reason that this is so outrageous to Senator Clinton is because nobody paid for this commutation! Bush did it for free! This just can’t be in the Clinton play book!
