This sounds like another reason to require immigrants have a workable knowledge of English before being allowed to stay in this country.

My head is about to explode from the cognitive dissonance that this “judge” would have had to fully ignore to make a ruling like this. This is why Trial Judges and Defense Attorneys will always have lower approval ratings than Congress.

okay, here’s my plan. i go to maryland and dismember this guy. when i go to court, i tell them i need an interpreter for my native language, which happens to be common sense. owing to its proximity to washington d.c., there is no way in hell they’ll have an interpreter for me anywhere in maryland.
