I hate to defend Hillary.. but uh… she didn’t really doublespeak. It sounded to me like she was trying to present a nuanced view and just didn’t manage it well… surely they could have come up with something more damning (I can use that word here right? No? Yes?).

I thought Hillary was a tough guy, but after getting beat up by Edwards (!), she doesn’t look so scary. BTW, the amount of tears the Clinton camp has shed over this incident makes me wonder what’s going to happen if Putin or Chavez says something mean to her?
