Remembering

Today, I’m remembering my father who passed away last June from ailments related to his exposure to Agent Orange during Vietnam. I don’t know if that counts for Memorial Day — he was there for me throughout my childhood, while many other children never got to know their fathers because of the sacrifice they made on behalf of our country. Anyway, SarahK and I finally got my dad that grandson to continue on the family name like we promised, so I hope he appreciates that. And that’s the point of those sacrifices — we keep living on and do the best we can with all we’ve been given.

Afternoon? Heck, I Could Listen to This ALL DAY

Which would be more than the press has done in total so far.

So, I’ll post the lists TUESDAY at noon, and declared a winner on Wednesday.

Sorry about that.
