  1. “No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.”

She is qualified. Well, that is if she is in fact “a Person”. Given the recent liberal interest in “Identifying” as anything and everything under the sun I would want confirmation on her “Person” status. She is certainly over 35. Way over 35 if you know what I mean and I think you do. 14 Years a resident within the United States? I guess New York counts, doesn’t it? Might want to check that as well. Sad to say though she is probably going to pass the minimum qualifications bar, about the only bar she ever passes, so she can run for the office. Now whether she should be President is quite another question, ain’t it?
