I’m not quite sure yet what I’m collecting this data for, but let’s do it for a little while and see what patterns emerge.

Just for kicks you might keep the same type of numbers for a conservative site that fits the same type of function (if you can figure out what function DailyKos actually plays for its members) from the right wing. I’m not sure what the site would be — I never go to DailyKos but it would be interesting to see the results.
Matt
if we are taking odds, I would bet that Bush Bashing bubbles to the top of the list and is a runaway winner by the end of the month, unless of course things start going much better in Iraq than the great success it has been thus far – I don’t think we’ve lost any battles and the casualty count is much less than the Civil War (110,000 in four years – for the winners) and even less than one battle in WWII – 8,226 in one month [Iwo Jima].
Don’t forget to count how often race is mentioned when discussing why Yomama is trailing in the polls…

The Iraq war has taken as many casualties as a bad morning at Antietam (if you only count the casualties from one side).
From Wickipedia
The carnage from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on the sunken road gave it the name Bloody Lane, leaving about 5,600 casualties (Union 3,000, Confederate 2,600) along the 800-yard road.
Just what the hell is a “KOS” anyway? An acronym for “keep on sucking”?
For the record, we have just celebrated our proclamation for freedom on July 4th, the actual achievement of which took raising an army of 217,000 and seven long years of hard fighting and war, resulting in 4,435 dead and another 6,188 wounded, in a fledgling country of approximately 3 million people in the 13 colonies.
Jay, you are most likely correct, but it is a shortening of the blog’s founder’s first name, Markos.
You are limiting your exposure to that site for safety sake.
Remember, they do not have a cure for what they expose you to, and chemo doesn’t work if you catch it.
Jay,
I thought Marcos was dead, and whatever happened to all of Imelda’s shoes by the way. They should have been given to poor gay men in the US. After all we paid for them.
There’s a right wing media. Where, did I miss it. Somebody hurry and call them back…… are you just joshing me Frank.
How come Bush is getting flack over letting Libby go and Clinton was never actually jail for his misadventures. He lied under oath and to congress. Sure there is jail time or not.
Nothing about fashionable tinfoil hats? They must have them and want to know how to sport them in a flattering way.
You mentioned the posting of the speech by Frederick Douglass. In this speech, he says how terrible America is for tolerating slavery, and he has a point. Slavery was pretty evil. The moonbats on Kos are falling all over each other about how what Douglass said is still true. That we’re a horrible country built on slavery and how things haven’t changed since 1850 and how we should be ashamed to be Americans. It’s revolting. The only shame I have is that these nutjobs are allowed to live here. Well, that’ll change when Fred becomes President. We won’t have to deport the moonbats, Fred will just look at them and they’ll run to France.

Dude, you keep reading that stuff, your brain’s gonna turn to mush. You realize if you start blathering in leftard rhetoric, we’re going to have to shoot you, right? For mercy’s sake…
I think a swear word count is in order…if you think DOE would lend you their system…
I think a swear word count is in order…if you think DOE would lend you their t-flop system for the computation…
The reason Kos writes so many “Teh war iz lozt!!!1!” posts is because his particular sect believes quite literally that consensus makes reality.
By making enough of these moonbat affirmations, he figures he can create a loss.
Pretty simple.
BTW, your Google ads suck. Why are the people who’ve gotten the most out of capitalism always on the side of the Dem Cong, who detest it?
