The other 40% were reclassified as “features”.

Wait, that says of what they addressed. So of the 10 things they’ve attempted to fix, they fixed 6 and gave up on the other 4. What about the other 53,792 problems?

Do what most tech-supporters do: blame the user first. “Are you sure you entered your name correctly? Is your computer plugged in? Etc….”
