So when employers started cutting the amount of hours that employees work to avoid the burden of obamacare they shifted the work that still needed to be done to the backs of salaried employees. So now Obama authorizes salaried employees to get OT pay I am betting that now employers will limit the amount of time they can work as well.
This has never been about helping out the worker but destroying any business that is not directly servicing the government.

get the overtime pay they’ve earnedget switched to hourly pay at less than they were making and guaranteed they’ll never see a second of overtime because they now work 30 hours a week.
