Apparently, Fred Thompson isn’t going to officially announce until maybe September 4th. How about he do a secret announcement now just for bloggers since, more for us than anyone else, it seems like we’ve been waiting forever. We promise not to tell the MSM about it; they don’t listen to us anyway.
This shows just how nice Fred is to other Republicans. He wants them to have a little bit of time thinking that just maybe he won’t run, and maybe they’ll have a shot at the presidency.

I just saw a funny video of 9/11 truther confronting Thompson, and besides being funny because of how he handled it, something interesting happened. She also said he a was a member of the Council on Foreign Relations( which is true) and that he wasnt a conservative. It seemed to me that I have heard this mantra before from mainstream media sources, about some republican not being conservative enough, but then I realized that this is a hard-core lib truther. I think we are seeing an semi-organized and conserted effort by the media and 527-like groups to erode support for any republican candidate by essentially starting rumors and having a drum beat of “their not conservative”. Anyway thats my theory.
