It was on Rove’s to do list years ago, but someone accidentally spilled coffee on his desk, then it made the ink run, then someone invited him out for lunch, then he had to talk to Abramoff about framing all those Democrat Senators, because we know they are the pinnacle of ethics and integrity and would never have done it if not for the evil Rove Bushitler/Rethuglican machine, then he had a little nosh on the side and by that time he forgot to tell Bush to tell us about it until just now.
