Not What He Thinks It Means

During the morning briefing, Jay Carney said that just because the IRS apologized doesn’t mean it did anything “inappropriate”.

Sure thing, Jay. Try using that line on you wife some time.

  1. YGDFT!YLTATSOTE! We are back to “depends on what the meaning of the word “is” is. I thought Democrats were supposedly so bright. All that college debt and all. They really have that much trouble with the English language. Somebody quick get Jay a teleprompter with translation software.

  2. “If” you define the word “if” as “if” it meant something may, or may not of occurred…or to put it in layman’s terms “if” something did or didn’t happen…that is “if” it happened and we do not know “if” at this time it did actually happen, then you could say with some degree of accuracy that it may or may not, “if” it happened…have happened…at least not with any degree of accuracy. “If” and when we get the final report and “if” you toadies remember to ask, we may give you some kind of answer…”if” you’re lucky. Oh and…”if” you’re looking for someone to replace Carney Mr. President, I can do the job for half the money you pay him. ~ zzyzx

  3. Okay, Jay, what you are telling us is that their actions were appropriate, so get your boss to order cooperation from all involved and we can get on to other stuff. The problem is that when we tell a liberal to bugger off they always take us literally.
