I believe that’s in Article 2 Section 2 of the Constitution: “The President shall be Commander in Chief of Seal Team Six, and have absolutely no other authority in any way at all, seriously you guys.”
in most instances, that is more than enough. IF the pres is competent.

You think it’s easy training up guys like “Demo Dick” Marcinko, Harry Humphries, and Jim Liddy? Obama had his hands full teaching those guys accurate marksmanship, fastroping from a helo, HALO-jumping, deploying from submarines, etc. Not to mention getting them through UDT/SEAL training and keeping them from “ringing the bell”.
It’s time we accept that this guy is Mr. BTDT, and all the basketball and golfing and travel is just a cover for all his dedicated work with the SpecWar community. Oooh-rah!
