I’m noting joking nor am I trying to be mean. Please look up the theology of the heretic Nicolas and the teachings of the Nicolaitans and you will see that they were just ancient Libertarians. Or I guess you could call our Libertarians modern day Nicolaitans. Either way its the same thing.
The notion that personal freedom IS the end all, the quintessential all-important element of social order, and indeed of human existence, IS nothing new. Its very old.
The foundational belief of Libertarianism, that “anyone should be allowed to do anything they want to do as long as it doesn’t hurt anyone else” started with the Fall of Man in the Garden of Eden.
The libertarian bashing is getting a little old. It’s a funny-once kind of joke. Now it’s just stale and, frankly, the site is becoming a little boring.
Actually Adam didn’t have anybody else to hurt in the Garden so he could be the perfect libertarian, as God intended Man to be. It’s only when he needed to get laid that things went south.

That’s your level of Biblical interpretation right their for you, and it supports small government. True, personal freedom is not the *ultimate good*, that’s God. However, personal freedom is *A* good and we ought to encourage it so that people can find God. My comment still stands; you represent totalitarians for Jesus.
