@3: Thanks for the link. Hilarious! They just renamed a bunch of pages “Appendices” (rather than numbered pages), and voila! The form is “shorter.”
And, instead of providing two pages to fill out for each of four children, they tell users:
“”If you have more than two people to include, make a copy of [pages 4 and 5] and complete.” Thus, eight pages were shaved off of the new form – two pages for each of the four children no longer included.” (Why didn’t they just say it was a “paperless” form, by putting it online and telling users to print it out?)
That’s how liberals finagle, as opposed to solve, problems – by just redefining things and shuffling them to other categories, not actually eliminating them. As their budget work amply proves.
