After a recent Thompson speech in Iowa a member of the audience called out: “Kill the terrorists, secure the border, and give me back my freedom.” Thompson replied “you just summed up my whole speech.”
The real point of the plan is to improve American student scores on geography quizzes. You’re not only creating a more peaceful world, but improving the education system!

Fred Thompson is the ONLY mainstream candidate to speak out IN DEFENSE of Rush Limbaugh. McCain and Romney both fell for the “phony soldiers” nonsense and made asinine comments about Rush. Giuliani, to my knowledge, has not commented on it yet.

This is the smartest (and also the RIGHT) thing to do. We can expect FRED! to receive a big bounce, as Rush’s audience of 20 million listeners pretty much makes up the bulk of GOP primary voters.
