Hillary Clinton Supports Weaseliness on Illegal Immigration

Wow. That was painful. So if I’m to understand Hillary’s position correctly, she’s for giving driver’s licenses to illegal immigration, but against not being weasely when stating said position.
That was just some bad weaseling. Good weaseling leaves it ambiguous where you stand on an issue, but she made it pretty clear where she stood on the issue and then just weaseled for the hell of it. It was weaseling for weaseling’s sake… like she doesn’t know how to not weasel on an answer.

RUSSERT: “What’s your name?”
HILLARY: “People have often called me by different appellations, and I think the important issue is whether they’re said towards me so I know to respond.”

Man, think of sentencing the country to that for eight years (four with good behavior).

  1. Whoa, I missed that part. Dodd came off sounding good there. Interesting, I think if you pick out various positions from Dodd, Biden and Richardson, you’d almost have a traditional Democrat. Almost.

  2. “Iran is a real problem,” said Sen. Clinton, “I can’t say whose problem they are or for whom they are problematic. All I know is that Iran is only filling the vacuum created by Bush mismanagement of this problem.”

  3. Illegal immigration is Bush’s fault.
Not knowing where to stand on issues is Bush’s fault.
The middle east is Bush’s fault.
Why can’t they stop blaming Bush for the 1/2 second it takes to say “YES” or “NO” to clarify their position? That is entirely ridiculous that they can answer a question and leave you more confused than before they answered!

  4. Well, I, for one, like their plan for lowering oil prices – get the US out of the middle east. We don’t belong there. That will reduce tensions and uncertainty for the suppliers. And it should work for a year or two before Iran nukes Israel and we’re attacked here again. But, at least my wallet will be fatter and I’ll have more money to spend on food from China and the HDTV I wanna buy.

  5. This was just her way of indicating to ACORN that they need to start registering and submitting absentee ballots for weasels, stoats, mink, polecats, and ferrets. Look for her signal in the next debate when she “badgers” one of the other candidates.

  6. “But, at least my wallet will be fatter and I’ll have more money to spend on food from China and the HDTV I wanna buy.”
Not after Hillary raises taxes beyond belief.

Anyone taking bets on this position changing if Bush gets serious with Iran? Or if Fred wins and takes on Iran?
Hillary: “I was for getting serious with Iran. I had a REAL solution, not this Republican debacle.”

She’s not nearly as good as Bill at that. He would have talked longer, had you nodding your head and at the end, you might or might not have realized that he didn’t say a freaking thing.
If she wins, I won’t be able to watch or read about any news until her successor is elected.
So if she’s elected, could someone email me when she’s out of office?
    Thanks.

  8. In the next lighting round, that ocassional nasty look on Biden’s face will become permanent, Dodd will claim the Democrat Party has been hijacked, Richardson will prove the bulb’s not too bright, Hillary’s tone will go up a full octave and break glass in the studio while Obama gets out front of the podiums and struts his stuff. Meanwhile, Edwards and Kucinich will just go on like they haven’t a clue about anything.

  9. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again:
I’m looking forward to another Clinton impeachment!
Just think, you(we) all have the unique privilege of witnessing history in the making; two Clintons impeached in one generation!
…it’s her choice for VP that will require carefully measured scrutiny.

  10. And Please take note…
You Tube has already pulled the video…
    So much for unbiased…
of course the excuse will be that media a, b, or c had a copyright on it…
Who do you think is in seizures because they are losing “control” of the debate?
